JD Holistics is a Complementary Therapy practice in the rural village of Lower Stondon, just north of Hitchin on the borders of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. We offer complementary therapies, including Reflexology and Reiki and we are easily accessable from Hitchin, Letchworth, Biggleswade, Stevenage, Stotfold, Baldock, Bedford and surrounding towns and villages.

If you are looking to achieve a better work-life balance, or you are experiencing conditions such as Digestive problems, IBS, Headaches, Migraines, Sleeping problems, Stress, Fatigue, Depression, Gyneacological problems, Sub-fertility or general aches and pains... then please feel free to contact me, as I may well be able to help.

Whilst JD Holisitics is only a few miles from the historic town of Hitchin, it is set in a rural location so you can relax and enjoy some peace and tranquility whilst you experience the healing benefits of Reflexology (including maternity reflexology), Reiki or other complementary therapies.

The treatment room is a comfortably furnished pine cabin, which is fully heated and air-conditioned. Relaxing background music is played and essential oils scent the room to help create a luxurious and relaxing ambience suitable for healing and relaxation. Our room is newly refurbished this year with all new furniture and an extremely comfortable treatment couch.
